Nuovo Pignone represents for Baker Hughes the global center of excellence for research, development and manufacturing of gas turbines, compressors, pumps, valves and services. In Florence there is a manufacturing operating with the latest smart manufacturing technologies, the R&D center, with more than 1,000 high skilled engineers and the iCenter for remote monitoring and diagnostics of equipment installed at customers’ sites worldwide.
