BARITECH OPERATIONS S.r.l.
The factory BARITECH OPERATIONS was founded in 1972 as a production plant of fluorescent lamps of OSRAM GmbH. For over 40 years, OSRAM Bari Plant, and the LEDVANCE company that replaced it, has been carrying out projects for the production and development of latest generation fluorescent lamps for the professional lighting sector, as well as special lamps: UVC (for surface water-air sanitization and purification), UVB (for industrial and therapeutic applications) and UVA (for applications in the polymerization of plastics, insect traps, photocatalytic purification).
In 2019 BCI completed the acquisition of the plant and started a process of reindustrialization and diversification of production.
Today several production lines manufacture nonwovens mainly used for the production of masks. Further investments are planned to meet customer demand.
