DEMAC is a world leader in the production of hose reels and cable reels for the lifting sector and for industry. It all began in Cisliano, a small town on the outskirts of Milan, at the end of the seventies, by a man with few certainties but with great ambitions: Domenico Varano. In those years, thanks to his growth at one of the most renowned companies in the forklift and telescopic loader sector, he began to develop new projects and technical solutions in the same field.

The passion for his work was great, but soon Domenico realized that he wanted to do something bigger. For this reason, in 1981 he founded his own company, in which he could create and develop all his projects. He called it DEMAC and opened it right in his residence, so that he could make the most of all the time and space at his disposal.

The company grew quickly and, in 1987, Domenico moved the headquarters to Cerello, a few kilometers from his home, in a small but well-organized structure of 400 square meters where, in the early nineties, DEMAC had its first real and concrete development.

The great customer satisfaction and Domenico’s constant trust in his company laid the foundations to take the big step to the point that, in 1995, a much larger and better organized structure was needed in all its components, this time to Corbetta.

A small local reality was quickly becoming a point of reference for sector operators worldwide and so, in 2005, Domenico, with the constant presence of his sons Fabio and Laura, created a new structure in the industrial area of ​​Magenta. generation (last expansion in January 2016).

This is the more than thirty years long story of a company in which the word passion, the value of the people, the quality of the products come before everything else. Because projects and inventions are not born by chance, but from the experience of the past, from the desire for the present and from a constant look to the future.
