MCM – Machining Centers Manufacturing – designs and manufactures horizontal machining centers, flexible production systems and customized solutions for multi-process integration, in response to diversified production requests. Founded in 1978 in the province of Piacenza, in the center of a historic machine tool district, it has been characterized from the outset by its offer with innovative contents Today MCM operates through 3 production sites in the Piacenza district and internationally through branches in France , Germany, USA and China, as well as operational offices in Spain, Russia, UK and Poland. The central element of its offer are the four and five axis horizontal machining centers, available in a wide range also in multitasking configuration for milling, turning and grinding operations. MCM also stands out for its vocation as systems integrator, in which their own machining centers, automation elements, but also machine tools of different types can operate. The goal is always to satisfy specific needs and achieve excellent results in terms of precision, reliability and productivity.
MCM has complete control of its product by facilitating the flexibility, customization and the possibility of reconfiguration and maintenance of its systems.
All this is made possible also thanks to the control and supervision software called jFMX, developed and continuously implemented by MCE, software division of MCM.
