In OFFICINE MECCANICHE CIOCCA SPA we are specialized in the production of ball valves, flanges according to SAE, ISO and CETOP standards, fittings for gear pumps. A production particularly suitable for high pressure hydraulic transmissions, capable of withstanding the so-called "water hammer".

Made of weldable carbon steel in AISI 316L, these flanges work at operating pressures up to 420 bar. If required, tests on materials can be carried out and then test certificates issued in collaboration with recognized bodies (RINA, Lloyd's Register, ABS, DNV).

In the CIOCCA “CRH” ball valves, designed taking into consideration the most desperate needs of use, the ball is placed between two pre-compressed gaskets with a floating system that ensures perfect sealing at very high and low pressures, as well as under vacuum. The fittings for pumps, made of steel and aluminum, are available straight, 90 degrees, with 4 or 3 holes and are classified according to the fixing distance: 26; 30; 35; 40; 51; 55; 56; 62; 72.5.

They can be supplied with connections: GAS, DIN 2353, to be welded or according to customer specifications. The collaboration with SETCO srl allows a diversification of CIOCCA products by offering customers a wider and more complete range.
