Prima Electro was founded in 1978 as a satellite of Prima Progetti, a company specializing in the design of industrial automation with a strong propensity for the integration of mechanics, electronics and software. Today Prima Electro represents the electronic division of the Prma Industrie Group, a company listed in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.
