Flucom was founded in 1991 as a manufacturer of cartridge valves and hydraulic components.
In 1994/1995 the Iotti family after having sold the Iotti & Strozzi company (renowned and appreciated all over the world since the XNUMXs as a manufacturer of gear pumps and distributors) acquired Flucom.
Under the new Management Flucom has gradually grown: new investments and a young, motivated and constantly evolving staff soon led Flucom to complete the entire range of products currently available and to offer its Customers dedicated solutions suitable for the most varied needs.
As a subsequent objective it has decided to focus all resources to give its quality a universally recognized standard certification, in 1998 Flucom obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality System certification.
This goal was subsequently updated by obtaining the UNI EN ISO 2002: 9001 certification of conformity in July 2000, in 2009 the UNI EN IS0 9001: 2008 certification was obtained and in 2017 the conformity certification was achieved UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 (ISO 9001: 2015).
In order to fulfill the requirements of the Quality Management System based on the adopted Standard (UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015), the Management has established a Quality Policy and makes it available to all interested parties.
All our products are designed by our technical staff using the latest generation CAD stations with 3D system thus allowing a quick and precise execution of the project.
The valves are made in 4 different sizes (20-30-50-70) and are threaded according to the standard unified ISO 6149 system, over 200 different models are produced that are capable of supporting up to a flow rate of 400 l / min and a pressure up to 420 bar.
Assembled with standard bodies, the valves generate more than 30.000 different solutions. All valves belonging to the same size range are interchangeable with each other regardless of their function. This considerable flexibility allows to realize a multiplicity of hydraulic circuits, reducing overall dimensions, weight, costs, and warehouse.
Various customized applications can be realized by Flucom or directly by the Customer using the range of tools available for the execution of cavities and uses.
In order to ensure the highest quality all our products are 100% tested before delivery.
