SCAGLIA was founded in 1838. The company, which has always been owned by the Scaglia family, was the starting point from which an important industrial group with interests and activities in various industrial sectors and operating in the main countries of the world with factories developed and commercial branches.
Located in Brembilla, about fifty kilometers from Milan, the main production unit of the company employs about 230 people, and is spread over a total area of about 26.500 m².
SCAGLIA went from the initial production of wooden spools for yarn to the development of cutting-edge techniques, when the same details were made using aluminum alloys. This step, together with the introduction of plastic tubes in the range of its products, has projected SCAGLIA to the top of the market, and has earned it the absolute world leadership, still undisputed today, in the production of accessories for 'textile industry.
