Motultech Baraldi is the result of a collaboration born in 2006 between Baraldi Lubrificanti, founded in 1917, and the Motul group, founded in 1853. Baraldi, which since 1970 has been involved in the production and sale of special lubricants with particular attention to the diecasting and extrusion sector , then joined Motultech, a division of the Motul group specializing in the sector of technical lubricants for metalworking, heat treatment, detergents and lubricants designed for extreme conditions.

Today the union of the two realities has given rise to an organization capable of operating internationally and responding quickly and effectively to the challenges of increasingly competitive markets.
