In 2010 Bettarini & Serafini – Bematic® moved to its premises, in a 3.000 square meter factory. The new headquarters, located in Prato, enjoys a strategic position about 5 minutes from the Prato Est exit and about 15 km from Florence airport.
Initially dedicated to the repair and construction of textile machinery for the Prato district, for forty years the company has shifted its attention to international markets, participating in the most important trade fairs in the sector and starting the rapid rise towards a position of world leader in the field of manufacturing non-woven machinery.
Today Bettarini & Serafini – Bematic® is present on foreign markets as a modern company and at the same time open to the needs of its customers. Thanks to the high performances achieved, the company is able to offer versatile and at the same time simple and effective systems.
The production is divided into two categories: on the one hand the direct felt line and on the other, the more traditional line with carding.
THE AERODYNAMIC LINE is a new air technology developed to produce nonwovens by processing any type of fiber, textile waste and even non-textile components such as cellulose and wood fibers.
TRADITIONAL LINE WITH CARDA for all sectors of traditional nonwovens: from needle punched to thermo-fused to calendered.
