In 1965, we started producing machine tools that allowed our customers to achieve precision micrometric machining.
In 1973, COMEC Innovative was affiliated with UCIMU SISTEMI PER PRODURRE, the
Italian association that brings together the most qualified manufacturers of machine tools and components.
Since 1990, we have started the design and manufacture of automated assembly lines, equipped to test 100% of production, to ensure maximum capacity by integrating advanced torque and angle controls, force and pressure controls, vision devices, control of stresses, thermal controls, etc.
Since 1997, we have been designing and manufacturing high speed personal care items manufacturing machines.
Over the past 10 years, we have decided to transfer our experience into the composite process by designing and manufacturing a new generation of special machines.
Today, more than 50 years of experience as advanced automation integrators and more than 10 years of direct experience in composite technology, allow us to design automated processes with high standards of OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
Comec’s research and development network with over 20 years of history of composite applications allows us to support customers in the design of innovative parts / processes.

Our machine tool expertise is the hallmark of each of our designs – each machine is strong and highly accurate.
COMEC Innovative is located in the center of Italy, on the Adriatic coast. The company operates in its own plant equipped with a machining workshop and a test laboratory.

COMEC Innovative wants to be the strategic partner of its customers, supporting them with the most qualified research and engineering services, for the design of new special machine processes, the renewal of existing machines for new productions.

COMEC Innovative is an Italian SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) with 50 employees. COMEC Innovative has a mechanical design department, an electrical design department, a software design department and an after-sales service. COMEC Innovative designs with the latest software versions for advanced analysis.

COMEC Innovative offers service agreements with specific SLAs (Service Level Agreements). The after sales service has a large spare parts warehouse to manage critical maintenance activities, a department for “on-site services” and a department for full telephone support. COMEC Innovative is able to equip its own remote control and teleservice machines for remote diagnostics.

COMEC Innovative QMS is ISO 9001: 2008 certified on “design, production of special machines for automatic applications, machine tools, industrial maintenance, retrofit”.
