The company was founded and expanded its production sites in the heart of the ceramic district. These short distances, compared to our customers, allow us to be able to operate directly on site, offering a reliable and fast pre and post-sales service. For Ferretti Industrial Tools, the customer’s needs are at the center of daily work and the internal research and development laboratory deals with the design of the products that are requested of us every day.
Ferretti Industrial Tools is a young and dynamic company. We mainly address the ceramic sector, offering a wide range of products. Our main objective, in addition to providing a tested and reliable Made in Italy product, is to offer the highest quality customer service. Each request is a daily challenge for us to analyze, in order to arrive at the most correct solution. We produce ad-hoc products for this purpose and on specific customer request. Thanks to our production facilities, all work phases are managed internally, allowing us to have maximum control over time, quality and maximum cost optimization.
