GAI, founded in 1946 by Mr. Giacomo GAI, is a leading manufacturer in the bottling machinery sector. It boasts the development of the “monobloc”, which allows the entire production process to be carried out with only two compact machines, one for the phases from rinsing to capping, and the other for packaging.
The reference product sectors are those of wine, oil, spirits and, increasingly, beer.
In 2013 a new electro-pneumatic valve was launched on the market, which is once again revolutionizing the bottling field. This patented valve (doc. N ° TO2012A000869) is able to work and sparkling products how quiet up to 20.000 bottles / hour.
The milestones of GAI have remained unchanged over time: technical assistance and spare parts guaranteed for the entire life of the machine; 70% of the energy needs met by renewable sources, investment in technology and highly qualified personnel. The current plant in Ceresole d’Alba, surrounded by the Piedmont countryside, has an area of 170.000 square meters, 14.000 m² covered by photovoltaic panels, with a production of 1.800 KW of electricity. 200 employees.
