GAS PLUS ITALIANA S.r.l.

Gas Plus Italiana, based in Fornovo di Taro (Parma), belongs to Gas Plus group. The Group, listed since 2006 at Milan Stock Exchange, is the fourth largest Italian natural gas producer (ARERA source) after Eni, Shell Italia E&P and Edison. Moreover, the Group is an independent and integrated operator of the natural gas value chain including exploration, production, distribution and sales to the retail segment, regional transport and storage (start up).
Gas Plus group has focused its efforts toward the achievement of the efficiency in internal process management, being awarded in 2008 with the ISO 9001 certificate.
Through Gas Plus Italiana and Società Padana Energia Srl, Gas Plus group is active in the E&P sector.
As of 31st December 2017, Gas Plus Italiana held 35 production permits, 1 exploration license, 2 applications for production permits and 3 applications for exploration permits and it could count on a volume of proven reserves of 1.8 billion of equivalent cubic meters. The gross production in 2017 was over 70 million of equivalent cubic meters.
At international level, Gas Plus Italiana holds, through its foreign subsidiaries, exploration licences in the Netherland and Romania.
