Ge.Ma.Ta Spa of Trissino (Vi) is a world leader in the production of machines and complete lines for the finishing of leathers, imitation leathers, regenerated leather, rubber, paper and synthetic materials. Thanks to the experience in the field of roller machines, it has created an absolutely innovative glazing and painting system for floated glass sheets.

These products are marketed under the Rollmac brand, a company acquired by Gemata Spa in 2003.

Rollmac proposes itself to the flat glass painting and enamelling market as a competent and reliable partner able to supply from single machines to complete lines. The specific skills, acquired over years of global presence, allow us to offer the end user a complete service of know-how and support for the realization of the project.

Rollmac manufactures complex systems that integrate the “GlassLine” perimeter painting system, “Multiglass” full field painting and the “GlassDrier IR” infrared drying oven. It is also possible to integrate the digital printer for ceramic inks “FastPrint”

Gemata offers its customers specialized personnel and a laboratory for tests and experiments with machines and cylinders to carry out any test and demonstration tests.
