Founded on February 14, 2006, the company was founded with the intention of accompanying families and organizations on the long path towards the energy transition.

In 2010 Greenergy created the first photovoltaic parks in collaboration with primary German partners in the renewable sector.

In 2017, the internal reorganization process begins which sees the expansion of the range of products and services offered to its partners and the modification of the technical and commercial structure with the entry of new senior figures: among all, Greenergy welcomes the new General Manager , Valentino Vivo.

2021 is the year of consolidation: important collaborations are born with leading national industrial partners as well as international energy players. The Group is also enriched with new managerial figures and starts the opening of new operational offices throughout the country.
