HAIMER is a medium-sized family business based in Igenhausen, Germany.
We develop, manufacture and sell highly innovative, high precision metal removal products for various industries including automotive, aeronautics, aerospace, energy, rail and engineering.
In addition to tool holders with the most common interfaces and lengths and 3D measuring devices, special balancing and shrinking machines and carbide tools are part of our product range.
HAIMER has around 400 employees worldwide, of which around 300 are employed in the only production plant located in Igenhausen with state-of-the-art machinery
and largely automated processes. Our highly qualified, dynamic and highly experienced employees guarantee the well-known high quality “made by HAIMER”.
HAIMER is already securing tomorrow’s specialist staff today by investing in the training of 40 apprentices, most of whom are then hired.
This is our contribution to the specialization of young people and to ensure the existence of our production site in the future.
We are the European leader in the mandrel industry with a daily production of about 2000 tool holders.
Since the continuous development of our products is very important to us, we invest annually about 8% – 10% in Research and Development.
The driving force that drives us to improve every day is perfectly in line with our philosophy: quality wins.
In order to be closer to its customers, providing technical assistance locally
and commercial requests, Haimer has recently also opened its branch in Italy in Bernareggio, near Milan.
