1939

In 1939 starting from a small mechanical company located where the SACMA, the founder Ing. Valerio Rampezzotti is dedicated to the production of outboard motors for the military sector and automatic lathes.

1961

In 1961 the inheritance will be collected by his son Giancarlo, the current president. The objectives are clear: business efficiency, reliability of machinery, creation of a Made in Italy of excellence to be proposed to the international market.

1970

In the seventies, very successful projects and machines are developed and it is also the decisive phase of launch and progressive penetration into foreign markets.

As a testament to our development and success today SACMA designs and builds machines in what is rightly considered, in the sector, the most modern and advanced factory in the world.
When many of our competitors transfer their production to low-cost countries, we, to guarantee quality, strengthen our production “in the Italian Valley of Bolts”.
The production of mechanical components is concentrated in the two plants SACMA e OBM, while the establishment INGRAMATIC is dedicated to the production of rolling machines.
