MACCHINE CARU’ S.r.l.

Established in 1961 as a mechanical workshop for spare parts for textile machines, it gradually began producing machines for cutting, brushing and finishing corduroy, thus satisfying the specific requirements of the numerous corduroy producers in the area.

Its activities in the 60s and 70s grew considerably thanks to a vast extension of the range of machines produced.
At the beginning of the 80s, Carù developed its first Sueding Machine, internationally patented for its high efficiency.
In the following years these machines were diversified and perfected, both from a technical and production point of view, in order to completely satisfy all the transfer needs.

At the same time, taking advantage of the deep knowledge of composite materials (carbon fiber) and the most sophisticated automation and electronic storage systems, Carù begins to produce highly customized lifting, shearing and cleaning machines. With over 40 years of experience, Carù has occupied a position of primary importance in the mechanical textile sector all over the world.
