Speed of execution, controlled quality and great professionalism that characterized us over the years, have enabled the company to gain the trust of satisfied clients, both in Italy and abroad, particularly in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Australia, with a current production of over 130,000 cylinders per year: from standard to special cylinders, designed according to the customer’s specifications. The types of cylinders produced range from a maximum 300 mm bore, to a maximum length of 3000 mm and maximum pressure of 350 Bar.
Characterized by a business strategy always geared towards constant research and development, MTE uses a cutting-edge machine park, starting from the CNC lathes, machining and milling centres, semi-automatic and automated welding equipment, manual and automated testing equipment, which enables pressure drop free testing according to ISO standards for pressures up to 350 bar (certified by test report), and automated warehouses that constantly feed raw materials of top quality into a storage unit.
All this allows MTE to develop in house all production processes in house according to high quality standards, in particular for great orders, which start from the collaboration of our technical team with the customer for the initial project, to the manufacture of the product and any customization and coating that may be necessary. Following the Industria 4.0 philosophy, every aspect of the production process is constantly monitored and arranged through a digital infrastructure that follows the piece from order to delivery, ensuring constant accuracy and traceability.
We always keep an eye on small orders and samples, which are hand made with passion by the same skilled hands that have been created our cylinders for decades.

The price of our cylinders is determined by overall costs, production process, and raw material. Our art and our experience do not affect the price in any way: they are not for sale, we offer them as a gift to our customers.
