Napoletano & Partners Law Firm was founded by Enrico Napoletano, Criminal Lawyer of the Rome Bar and Adjunct Professor of Environmental Criminal Law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
The firm was founded in March 2018 and is based in Rome, in the prestigious “delle Vittorie” district, in viale Giuseppe Mazzini, and also has a secondary office in Milan, in via Vincenzo Monti, and an international office in New York, in Butter Lane.
The law firm operates in the sector of corporate criminal law and offers accurate legal assistance, both judicial and consultancy, mainly in the specialist sector of environmental protection (Legislative Decree no. 152/06), health protection and safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree No. 81/08), construction (DPR 380/01), protection of public and private assets, of the Public Administration as well as corporate and bankruptcy law as well as criminal liability of Bodies (Legislative Decree No. 231/2001).
