HYDRAULIC 2MP, since 2006, has been operating in a site owned close to 3000 square meters divided into 4 macro areas each for the different production phases.

PRODUCTION AREA of about 1500 square meters is intended for the processing of components. To date, we produce everything internally with 8 horizontal palletized cnc machining centers and cnc lathes with bar loading. We are able to produce blocks with a maximum size of 2000x1500x1500 mm and weight up to 2000 kg. PROTOTYPES AREA autonomous department consisting of machine tools and traditional drills for the realization of prototypes, experiments and small series. FINISHING AREA deburring and parts washing department. WAREHOUSE AND CUTTING AREA a large warehouse of raw materials in bars flanked by the cutting and part preparation area consisting of 2 numerically controlled band saws that allow us flexibility and timeliness in acquiring new orders.

MOUNTING AREA The assembly area, of another 1500 square meters adjacent to the first, includes a department TESTING composed of automatic and semi-automatic test benches for standard and special products, FINISHED PRODUCTS WAREHOUSE with a wide availability of standard components always available in stock, MOUNTING AREA composed of several benches equipped for the assembly of blocks and valves, MARKING AND PACKAGING AREA complete with dot and laser markers for product traceability.
