Orchestra provides a systemic solution specifically designed for industry 4.0 for real-time monitoring, control, diagnostics and remote configuration of machinery, systems and plants.
SMARTEdge4.0 is our on-board electronics that allows the connection and integration of any new or existing machine or production line with the company’s information systems. Designed for INDUSTRY 4.0, this component processes and integrates machine data from PLC on various industrial protocols at the same time, from analog / digital signals from electrical panels or from sensors, transforming raw data into information directly ready for use. Through wired and wireless connections, it exchanges data in both directions with the SMARTHinge4.0 component in the company’s private CLOUD, thus also being able to carry out remote active drives and controls on machinery.
SMARTHinge4.0 is our Industrial IoT platform always connected to the SMARTEdge4.0 components with which it exchanges data and commands towards the machines. It dynamically manages the Edge configurations and collects, certifies and integrates the data received from the field making them available to users for checking the efficiency of the machines and the progress of production. Through API it exchanges data with all other company systems such as ERP, MES, CAD / CAM, BI etc.
Orchestra’s solution is ready to use (plug & play), does not require programming and is able to connect new and existing machines on multiple protocols at the same time. The latest product versions also include the MINI-Mes ORCHESTRA, a component designed specifically for SMEs that do not yet have digital factory systems.
We are partners of the main machinery manufacturers and we support them in pre and post sales, offering their manufacturing customers turnkey solutions to obtain the tax benefits of hyper-amortization and tax credit for R&D.
