PAGNONI IMPIANTI S.r.l.
In 1848, in conjunction with the great socio-economic events that changed Europe, two brothers, Stefano and Martino Pagnoni, whose family had owned a mill in Monza for centuries, decided to undertake the activity of mechanical builders, founding the “Fratelli Pagnoni firm”.
When the unified Italy saw the light, the Monza company was now a consolidated case of entrepreneurial success. The enormous and varied production of mills and machines for pasta factories and oil mills forced the construction of larger factories and the opening of a foundry.
The continued growth of the company stopped with the outbreak of the First World War. After the conflict, Nicola Pagnoni, grandson of the founders of the company, undertook the manufacture of hot plate presses, including machines for the production of multilayer: since then, the construction of machines for pressing wooden panels has represented the flower of all eyelet of the company’s production.
With difficulty and resourcefulness, the Pagnoni company also overcame the drama of the Second World War and, in the years of the economic boom that followed the war, Giuseppe and Franco Pagnoni were able to project the company into the global market, concentrating on the manufacture of presses for the production of wood-based panels and making systems in every corner of the globe.
Today the company “Pagnoni Impianti srl”, led by the brothers Aldo and Giorgio Pagnoni, is the undisputed leader in the construction of pressing lines for chipboard panels, MDF, for the rapid finishing and HPL laminates, of presses for plywood and multilayer and for many others sectors in which technological knowledge and acquired skills are expressed.
