Pear has always been dedicated to the construction of machine tools for engraving and processing where a high degree of finishing is required; first in the construction of pantographs, specializing to become a leader in Italy, then and until now in CNC machining centers dedicated to engraving and high precision machining with a high degree of finish.
The current machines are used for working on hardened steel molds and finishing small objects (punches, medals, electrodes for EDM)

Milling centers
With the engraving centers we arrive with spindles up to 40000 rpm, machine up to 5 main axes plus spindle and up to further 5 axes. They can be equipped with automatic tool change with feeder and automatic piece loading. The working range is from 300 × 400 mm to 600 × 800 mm.
The milling centers reach up to 24000 rpm 1000 × 1500 mm 5 axes and automatic tool change
