RITE Spa was founded in 1964 by Mario Pizzinato and started its business by producing components for textile machines as a third party manufacturer.
At the beginning of the seventies the production of assembly winders and cone-cone machines began; through the eighties and nineties, the range of products is expanded by introducing machines for hiccups and cone hanks and RITE becomes one of the leading Italian producers of technologies for the textile industry.
