Riello Sistemi (brand belonging to the Riello Sistemi Group) is a European leader in the production of numerically controlled transfers with rotary table, both vertical axis (Vertimac) and horizontal axis and bar (AO), and flexible processing cells (TFL).
Traditional Transfers allow you to economically produce series of complex components, belonging to several families of pieces. In the horizontal axis version they are designed with 4/5/6/8 stations (each can be equipped with 3 or more independent operating units); the transfers with bar loader (max. length 6 m. bar) are foreseen at 8/10/12/14 stations.
Traditional Vertimac vertical axis transfers are built with a number of stations ranging from 4 to 14.
TFL Flexible Transfers, to which Vertiflex also belong, combine the high productivity of a traditional transfer with the high flexibility offered by rotating tools and 2 and 3 axis machining centers.
