SAET S.p.a.

Founded in 1956 as an electromechanical company, SAET has been operating for over fifty years in the energy field, in systems and plants for the production, transmission and distribution of electricity, as well as in the cement and steel sectors. From the end of the eighties she became part of the Techint Group and from this origin derives her working methodology, the ability to assume responsibility for “turnkey” supplies, and an international vision. In 1993 SAET was the subject of a management by out operation by its executives, who are the current shareholders, and have the technical and managerial responsibility of the company. Since 2003 SAET has been General Electric’s VAR (Value Added Reseller) for protection and since 2005 it has built more than 50 turnkey HV substations integrating Power, Protection, Control and Civil Works. In 2012 SAET enters the energy storage market as a system integrator with different electrochemical technologies in 8 projects for a total of 18MW / 90MWh installations.
