For almost half a century, under the careful direction of Mr. Angelo Schiatti at the beginning and later with the help of his sons Cinzia, Emanuela and Alessandro, the company has been producing glass processing machines of high quality, reliability and durability.
Since 2006, the production unit located in Brianza has been transferred to the historic headquarters in via alla Porada in Seregno where a new global complex of over 7.000 square meters houses the administrative offices, the technical offices and the workshop where the machines are built. from the first carpentry work, and on machine tools, to painting, assembly, testing and shipping.
The staff employed is highly qualified and is assisted by professionally trained technicians. The assistance service, including telephone, is guaranteed by competent technicians and employees.

Currently the company produces the following types of machines:

• Straight edging machines for grinding and polishing of round, flat with arris, Oogee and bull’s-eye edges on thicknesses from 3 to 55 mm, with the application of PLC for possible automatisms.
• Double-sided edging machines for the simultaneous grinding and polishing of glass sheets on two opposite sides, available for the processing of the round edge or the flat edge with arris, with PLC applications for setting and controlling the processing cycle, on glass with dimensions from 80 to 4.500 mm in width and from 2 to 20 mm.
• Complete grinding lines, connected with angular transfer, for grinding and polishing the four sides of the glass.
• Drills with opposite points for drilling glass in automatic and semi-automatic versions.
• Multiple drills with opposing points for the simultaneous execution of 2, 3 or 4 holes on a glass plate.
• Straight bevelers for processing the bevel, adjustable from 3 ° to 45 ° on glass thicknesses from 3 to 25 mm.
• Glass loaders / unloaders.
• Vertical drills / milling machines
• Drilling centers (can be combined with bilateral edging lines)
