Società Padana Energia belongs to Gas Plus group. It is active in the hydrocarbon exploration and production.
Through the acquisition of Società Padana Energia, completed in October 2010 from Eni group, Gas Plus group has significantly increased its Italian E&P asset portfolio becoming a leading operator in northern Italy onshore gas production.
As of 31st December 2017, Società Padana Energia held 10 production concessions with a volume of proven reserves of 2.6 billion of equivalent cubic meters.
The gross production for the year 2017 was about 53 million of equivalent cubic meters.
