TOSCANA AUTOMAZIONI INDUSTRIALI S.r.l.
After 30 years of experience as a technician in the construction of filling and capping machines, Pier Luigi Bianchini decided to found Toscana Automazioni Industriali in 1991 and thus embark on his own adventure in this immense world called Packaging.
The company immediately distinguished itself for new technologically advanced projects, patenting a part of them, but above all it tries to develop machinery that is ever closer to customer needs.
Already in 1996 the decision to develop their projects with the help of solid modelers thus introducing extremely reliable products onto the market.
1997, when his son Rudj Bianchini also joined the team who, following the company philosophy, that is to tick on technology, introduces, among the first in Italy, dosing systems with MAGNETIC and MASSIC flow meters, which allow over extreme flexibility and ease of use, even the elimination of management and maintenance costs. The development of the latter has allowed Toscana Automazioni Industriali today to be among the first 5 companies in Italy to use this technology.
Applications of other technologies such as: Brushless motors, digital vision systems and automated format changes make it clear that at the base of everything there is the vigorous spirit of a living company with the aim of being able to be ever closer to the customer by offering solutions for every particular need.
In 2010 Toscana Automazioni Industriali srl will move to the new industrial technological center in the municipality of Florence.
