That’s why Vuototecnica designed a tailor-made application to manage this sensitive phase, bringing together the features of the special VP067SB0520S elliptical foam rubber suction cups and the efficiency of one of its latest vacuum generators, the Fast Vacuum Generator (FVG 8)

As you can see in the video, the pick and place of mozzarella packs from one side of the line to the other, inside the trays, takes place without any damage to the bags and in a fast manner.

The sponge rubber and design features of these suction cups prevent occlusion of the flexible packages typical of mozzarella, while still ensuring the solidity of the grip. They were made ad hoc with a 3D printer by Vuototecnica, which can solve customers’ problems in a customized way for every production need.

The FVG 8 vacuum generator finalizes the phase with its low weight and speed in vacuum creation and exclusion. It has, among other things, a pneumatic counter-blow that is useful for facilitating the release of suction cups. 

You can safely install it on board because it takes up very little space and it is also equipped with a high noise reduction SSX silencer so that workers in the supply chain benefit from a healthy work environment.
