On 23 November 2022, the Spanish subsidiary Tecnotrans Bonfiglioli, S.A. inaugurated a new operational headquarter in Castellbisbal, in the province of Barcelona.
The new plant covers an area of 14,000 m2, with almost 7,000 m2 for offices and logistics. The environments are designed specifically to ensure stimulating and bright offices, to encourage teamwork and open communication.
The production area has been expanded, with an additional line for customer requests, while logistically improvements have been made to optimize the flow of materials. In addition, the new warehouse has a more agile system, designed to implement the storage capacity.
About sustainability, a system of solar panels is being installed: this will allow the production of 35% of the energy needed for the operation of the plant itself. This shows how sustainability and energy efficiency have always been two of the fundamental values of the Bonfiglioli Group.
The inauguration took place in the presence of president Sonia Bonfiglioli, the CEO Fausto Carboni and all the local team.
