Health and safety are always at the heart of the philosophy of Cattini & Figlio. These issues are analyzed every year in dedicated meetings between employees and management, as well as in procedures included in Legislative Decree 231, recognized by the Italian Government.
Employees are represented by a serious and competent committee, and there is a company manager who deals with health, safety and environmental protection.
All employees are covered by collective bargaining agreements.
Cattini & Figlio does not tolerate any kind of abuse of universal human rights. In 2010, the company set up an anonymous email that acts as a hotline for every report of abuse, but no report occurred until 2021.
