The production of components, intended for both mechanical and electronic instruments, takes place with the use of machines with a high production rate, as well as robotic islands, in order to optimize costs and ensure compliance with product specifications.
A pressure measuring instrument has its heart in the manometric spring: the realization of these components, both in copper alloys and in stainless steel (strictly AISI 316L), takes place through original production systems, developed over years of work and which represent the core of company know-how. Great care is dedicated to the control of the geometric characteristics, through the use of automatic total control systems, and to the traceability of materials, through laser marking systems.

The calibration and assembly phase is based on high productivity automated systems, born from the intuition of our technicians and created in partnership with the supplier companies. It is thus possible to guarantee a high degree of measurement reliability, an essential element for a measuring instrument, without losing sight of competitiveness on the markets.

Quality control applied to sealing welds
Nuova Fima has believed in the need to have a Quality System since the seventies, well before this became an aspect emphasized by the markets. For this reason, in addition to careful training of the staff, who are primarily responsible for product quality, we have adopted a policy of integrating controls into the production chain; An example is the fact that all the welded components are tested with helium leak detection systems capable of detecting leaks of the order of 1 x 10-7 mbar / l / s-1.
